An Internist is a physician who has completed residency training in Internal Medicine. Internal Medicine focuses on the health care needs of adults ages 18 and over. In addition to providing primary care services to adults, Internists have been trained to care for critically ill patients in hospitals. They have diagnosed and treated a wide variety of medical diseases that may affect you now and as you grow older.

YES, we are currently accepting new patients aged 18 and older.

Prescriptions that will need to be refilled prior to your next visit should be discussed with the doctor at the time of your appointment. Between appointments prescriptions may be refilled by having your pharmacist fax us a request to (951) 672-8599 during regular office hours. We will process your request within 24 hours of receiving the fax. Please make sure you request your medications prior to running out of them.

To obtain a copy of your medical records Sun City Medical Partners requires a signed release form or letter before the request can be processed. You may fill out the request at our front desk or you may fax or mail us a brief letter. You must state that you want a copy of your records and to whom they are to be sent to in the letter, along with your full name, current address, D.O.B., daytime telephone number and legal signature. Please allow up to two weeks from the date the request is received to get records. There is a $15.00 to $25.00 fee for copying and mailing of your records.

Sun City Medical Partners accepts a wide variety of insurance plans, such as Medicare, PPO’s TriCare, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AARP United Healthcare, HealthNet, Care 1st and Scan.  If you do not see your insurance plan, please call us at (951) 679-2358 to see if we accept it. Prior to your visit, it is very important to check with your insurance company to assure that we are participating providers. Learn More
